Castle Combe 25th review

fords at CC

Our first trip to Castle Combe this year was awesome!

110 members through the gates in the morning made it a busy day, we had some new faces helping out on the gate, I am sure you will agree that Members Evie and Bryn along with Mum’s Samantha and Tamsin made it look easy getting you through in record time, Thank you!

The weather, whilst cool was glorious and we’re sure one or two of you went home having caught a bit of the sun, some of us won’t forget the sunscreen next week.

The Cafe H kept us fed and watered, the Chilli was particularly good. We had a few upgrades and some Grade 1 tests take place as well along with an enjoyable skid pan and an Advanced Driving introduction for new Grade 2’s, a busy day for everyone.

With the track being in slightly better nick than South Cerney it was a given that some lovely cars were going to turn up, there is always something to look at in the car park even if you are not that into cars and this Sunday didn’t disappoint.
