Under 17 Car Club Magic Day – Sunday 7th July, Castle Combe – 8.30am to 4pm – logistics notes confirmed and possible guest drivers.
A little under 4 weeks to go to our 2024 Magic Day, and here are some details and the visitor indemnity form I need non-members to sign. If anyone has any further questions, please feel free to ask.
Long range weather forecast at the moment is looking fairly decent. Ice cream and sun lotion should be the order of the day.

We are really looking forward to seeing you, this year, could you please email us at magic.day@under17-carclub.co.uk if you are hoping to come with some details of your car, reg, make and model please. We are trying to get a better feel of who will be coming along. Thank you
Please note:
- If you are not a current member of the U17 car club, please read and complete this visitor indemnity form. Please bring the completed form with you on the day.
- We will have blank forms available on the day if anyone forgets, but it will be much smoother and easier if you could complete in advance.
- Circuit postcode: SN14 7EY. Please follow signs for competitor’s entrance.
- Please aim to arrive no earlier than 8:30am and no later than 9:30am.
- There will be an important briefing for drivers at 9:40am.
- There is a café at the circuit serving breakfast, lunches, snacks and drinks.
- There is a club-policed circuit noise limit for this event, the equivalent of a road legal, manufacturer fitted exhaust system. Cars with the potential to exceed that limit will need to be driven in a manner that keeps them below the limit please. We are fortunate to be allowed to use Castle Combe circuit for this, and thus we must monitor noise throughout the day.
- Please remember that this is not a track day, this is a two way road layout (using cones to separate lanes, roundabouts etc.) and normal road speed limits.
- Whilst the Car Club is naturally insured for public liability, we do not provide any insurance cover for yourself, nor your vehicle.
